Purchases Inquiry (采购产品): Purchases Dear Sirs: From 1986 until 1998 my company was a stocking distributer of Flo-Ezy Filters. We mainly sold Suction Strainers for replacement and for new construction power supplies which we built "In-House" during those years. Due to my divorce in 1995 and early 1996, my cash flow disappeared leaving me no choice except to close the company in 2002, and go to work for others. As you might imagine this was not altogether successful either, as someone who has worked on his own for almost 20 years, has a horrible time taking orders from someone who has been in the business less than ten years! As a result, in Jan., 2007 I restarted my company and am in the process of building sales back to a reasonable level. Even though I paid ALL bills and ALL suppliers at the close of my company, I am asking only to be allowed to purchase items on a COD basis, but hopefully at distributer discounts! As sales build, eventually I would hope to be allowed to go on open account, but only when I'm in a position to place stocking orders of from $1,000 and up! Right now I need to place orders on a basis of need only, until cash flow is high enough to allow purchases from ongoing sales profits as I did for over fifteen years! Right now I need desperately to purchase a Suction Strainer with a fine mesh screen! The part number would be a P20-1"-325, or if this is a long lead time, a P20 -1"-200 which is shown in the current catalog at a list price of $26.00, FOB MI I would be happy to fax a PO for this item, or if this doesn't meet the minimum order to add another to it making two each of the above item! If this still isn't enough for a minimum order, I'll also add 1 Each P50-1.5-100, 1 Each P30-1.25-100, and 1 Each P75-2-100! Please add only enough of these to meet the minimum order requirements!
