Inquiry (采购产品): Rush order August 7, 2007 Miles Kedex Co., Inc. 1 Rowtier Dr. Westminster, MA 01473 Dear Patti: I am writing this e-mail hoping that you will be able to assist me with an urgent situation. Last year, as we have done in the past, I ordered some certificate frames for our summer program. By some strange twist of fate I totally overlooked counting the amount of frames that I have until today while preparing to insert the certificates; I’ve discovered that I do not have enough frames. Is it possible to place a rushed order of 20 navy blue 8 1/2” x 11” certificate frames (#S0215- this number may refer to the burgundy frames we have ordered before, but I’ve included it to indicate the style I am ordering not the color). Last year each frame cost $2.23 or slightly more, in addition to the shipping cost. I realize that because of the amount that I am purchasing the cost may be more, but this is something I will handle at my end, given the predicament in which I find myself. Since the event is this Friday (8/10) evening, I would need to have them sent by FEDEX, UPS or some other one day/overnight delivery service.
