Inquiry (采购产品): Review and Quote We have a client who has asked us to design a replacement windshield wiper motor box cover for a vehicle platform they are restoring. We feel that hydro forming might be the best/least costly way to form this part. They will need initially 50 - 100 units. Attached is a simple drawing of the part. We will provide much more info and can “tweak” the design in order to make it more economical and easier to produce. The part will be powder coated when complete so it must have a reasonable surface finish and smooth faces/flange. Please call me after you have reviewed the part with any questions you have in order to quote the part. We need to know tooling costs, lead time, and part costs.
