Inquiry (采购产品): Problems Downloading 3D Hello, I am Glenn Dietel, a mechanical designer at Power Automation Systems in Lathrop, CA. I have just recently accessed your website for the first time and am having problems downloading 3D models. I get to the part where I specify a part, click ok and a 3D image of the part appears on the screen. From there, I cannot obtain the model regardless of the method I choose. The "Download" and "Email" options give me a "Save As" popup window with no filename specified (blank text box) and "All Files(*.*)" as the only option for file extension. If I type in a filename and change the file's extension to the proper one after downloading, the file still won't open, and the file is 0 Kilobytes anyway. The "Insert" option in the middle isn't available either, it's grayed out and disabled. If I go into "Update Global Settings" and set the "Insert Directly Into" option to Inventor and click Save, the "Insert" option is still not available, and the changes I made to my global settings were not saved either.
