Pressure Chamber RFQ Inquiry (采购产品): Pressure Chamber RFQ Good Afternoon, Below is a specification of a pressure chamber we are interested in purchasing. Please review and let me know if you have something off the shelf similar, or what the cost of building it as a custom build. Description: Pressure test facility is intended for production testing of operating underwater assemblies or parts, and for first article testing. A production testing cycle will normally entail the loading of the equipment in the pressure tank, electrically connect the power and signals to the feed-throughs on the lid, close of tank, water filling, programming of power cycle(s), pressure cycle execution while monitoring electrical performance, open water tank lid and remove the equipment. The system must be operated by a single person, and have simple cranes for handling the lid and heavy articles. First article testing follows a similar procedure except that it contains multiple pressure cycles. The test facility must be mounted on wheels, and must be of a sufficiently compact design to fit through standard doorways with cranes removed. The unit must be fitted with trays and drains to prevent spillage on the floor.
