Inquiry (采购产品): Heat Protection Hello, I am with BTD MFG, Inc. in Detroit Lakes, MN. We are a Metal Fabrication & Tool and Die Production facility. We are currently having a problem with the way die parts are transferred in and out of our heat treating furnace, which runs at a max of 1890 degrees F. The parts are placed on a short plain carbon (made in house) table, which fits onto a pallet jack, and is loaded into the furnace. The problem we are dealing with is after about a month the table becomes so deformed from the constant heating a cooling that we have to build another one. So my question for you is; is ceramic coating something that could slow down the deformation or even prevent this from happening? **** Hidden Message ***** Nathan Hoff 1111 13th Ave SE Detroit Lakes , MN 56501 USA Company: BTD MFG., INC.
