Inquiry (采购产品): inquiry I need to source the following type of component for a new product. It would consist of shock/elastic/bungee cord of 3/16" or 1/4" diameter formed into a loop. The loop should be around 17.25" in circumference, which produces a loop "at rest" of about 5.5" in diameter. The cord has to be fairly stretchy but not too loose. Most important to my application (besides cost) is the mechanism for attaching the two ends of the cord. The cord cannot overlap in any way, and if some type of enclosure is used it has to be less than 3/4" long. More preferable would be a glued approach that is secure against moderate force/stretching, and uses no mechanism to attach the two ends. But I can consider various options. If it would be helpful, I can clarify what I need, or send you a sample of the current component I am using an need to replace. At this time, I am selling into the promotional products industry and thus would like to be able to order lots of 1,000-5,000 at a time. If this is something you can supply please contact me.
