Inquiry (采购产品): Poor customer service I called your company on 7/10/07 at 12:10pm (est) and was transfered to Mike in sales. I was looking for something pretty specific and he proceeded to tell me how hard it was going to be to find it and when I asked if he could and/or would refer me with a company that might be able to help me, he told me that since I knew everything that he couldn't help me and hung up in my face while I was speaking. I don't know whom this character is and how even has a position with any company treating people the way he does. He is rude and disrespectful. Like I told Bill O'brien "owner" on the phone, even if you could help us, we would never do business with you nor ever recommend anyone to you.
