Inquiry (采购产品): Torque Analyzer our company is searching for accurate and reliable torque analyzers to perform seating and strip torque analysis. Our current application uses a sheet metal screw that is driven into a sheet metal hole (clearance hole) and the base of the unit to secure the door onto the panel base (see picture below). Note, in some cases we have painted units as shown below or some that are unpainted. At times you may have insulation or foam strip seal in between the metal parts depending on the model. We are trying to figure out what the settings on the torque guns we have in the assembly process should be to make sure we seat the screw and not strip. At the same time, we are trying to understand our current design capability is. We also want to use the torque analyzer to help us optimize future designs of the hole, screw, joint, material, etc. to improve on our current design. We want to have a low seating torque that is consistent and a high stripping torque that is consistent and can withstand the service beating of screwing and unscrewing the screw over 30 times in the field. Do you also have any demos that we could try out prior to purchasing to make sure this meets our intent? The torque values range that we are looking at is somewhere between 5 in.lb. and 75 in.lb.
