316L Material Special Inquiry (采购产品): 316L Material Special Please quote the Following item for Shipment to Raytheon's Tucson AZ Facility. We have a requirement for this tube and will place an Engineering Order once quote and supplier has been approved. We are looking for a company that can provide this material in a timely manner on a regular basis for a Government program. As stated this is an Engineering request; We are open for suggestions regarding the specs of this tube. Please provide your exceptions and suggestions to our requirements with your quotation. Tube should meet or exceed all requirements for use with Swagelok and Swagelok type fittings, with attention to size, OD finish, and hardness requirements. 2. Material shall be 316L per ASTM A269,Table 1. 3. Size is per ASTM A632, unless otherwise provided herein. 4. Inside surface finish shall be electro polished t o be 20 Ra (or better), per ANSI/ASME B46.1. 5. Minimum wall thickness is: 0.065 for 1/4" tube and .035 wall for 1/8" tube. 6. Tubing shall be 100% visually inspected, ensuring no rust, staining or discoloration of internal surfaces. 7. The exterior of the tube shall be permanently marked. a. The mark shall contain: manufacturer's name, part number, alloy, heat number, and process lot. b. The marking method shall not interfere with fit ting use. 8. Tubing shall be cleaned, dried with heated UH P Nitrogen, capped(for moisture and soils), UHP Nitrogen filled, double bagged with 4 to 6 mil polyethylene heat sealed bags in dry Nitrogen. 9. Ends of the tubing shall be faced and squared. 10. Tube length shall be 20 foot long +/- 1/2 inch.
