Inquiry (采购产品): research I'm looking for a reel that I can modify into a product that I can then patent. I have many questions. The following questions are on reels needed that are of characteristics stated herein. flange "12 and 18 inch Dia" core Dia "3 inch" traverse lenghth "4 inches" Questions 1. Are flanges solid polyethylene and how thick. 2. If hollow, what is delta of inside to outside void. "I would perfer solid over hollow". 3. Can diameter of center hole be specified or can reel be ordered solid @ flange center for purposes of making my own hole. 4. Can center hole be fitted with bearings to reduce friction wear on polyethelene flange. 5. I will want to fit a knob to the outside of the flange for winding purposes, is this a provision of your tooling included options. 6. What is the nominal wall thickness of the core. 7. Do you provide spools with material throughput from core to hose application. ie: "Quick disconnect". Either from core center or at core OD through flange. 8.
