Stainless Steel Testing Inquiry (采购产品): Stainless Steel Testing I need an immediate help from a Metallurgist. If you or someone you know please call me at 1(949)699-3663. One of our Stainless Steel Product at our customer's site is developing spots and rust. 1. Will need an approximate price quote and we will pay. The Metallurgist will need to physically visit customer's site at City Erie, Pennsylvania, USA. Here is what we need. A. We need is to determine whether the Stainless Steel used in our Grossing Station is defective (We use grade 340 never had problem before). OR B. Problem/stains and rust is developed due to the use of the following chemicals (following is a copy of customer's concern): AFFECTS. SAFEFIX : water, ethanol, glyoxal, potassium hydrogen phthalate, methanol TOTAL ONE: dimethyl benzyl ammonium chlorides, dimethyl ethylbenzyl ammonium chlorides 3M STAINLESS STEEL CLEANER & POLISH: water, mineral oil, isobutene, sorbitan oleate, ethanolamine The stainless steel cleaner was used only after the finish became eroded to see if we could restore the finish.
