Inquiry (采购产品): Carbon Fiber brace/turnbuckle? Hi Folks- This may be a strange request but I see that you manufacture carbon fiber parts for automobiles and hope you might understand what I am trying to find. I have an old Porsche that I race occasionally. The front bodywork includes an aerodynamic splitter- a flat fiberglass composite piece that spans the whole width of the car under the air dam/bumper cover. It protrudes five to eight inches out in front of the car and about four inches off the ground. I have a problem with the splitter oscillating at high speeds and I am trying to find a lightweight, strong bracket to attach between the splitter and the air dam/bumper cover to eliminate the oscillation. I have considered an aluminium turnbuckle type of device that will allow me to fine-tune the angle of the splitter relative to the ground yet be strong enough to withstand a racing environment. Is there such a thing as a carbon fiber turnbuckle or similar device six to eight inches long that will affix at both ends and will allow adjustments plus or minus two inches total? Aerodynamics are always an issue so some type of flat device would be the perfect answer. Given the width of my car and the stress points involved I plan to install at least six. Again, I realize that this is a strange request that I hope doesn't waste your time, but I would truly appreciate any help or suggestions you can offer to me.
