Inquiry (采购产品): help I have a residential property with no backyard access from the main living area, which is elevated. I want to open my back wall and put in stairs to the outside with the code-required 3-foot landing; the problem is I have a stairwell from the basement dead-center beneath. No local contractor wants to do this job or they want to charge me a fortune. However, I think a spiral staircase that mounts at the floor level with a post that sets out a bit will work (I've seen photos of exactly what I need). I live in Nutley, New Jersey.
