Inquiry (采购产品): ZeSe crystal IR plates My name is Sid Eisenhour. I work for Nice-Pak in Mooresville, IN, and we have a few of your ZeSe crystal IR plates. We are currently having some issues with the plates. They are becoming scratched very easily and spots are being left of the plates from past runs. The plates are cleaned with 100% MeOH (an HPLC solvent) after and before each run. A Kim-Wipe soaked in the MeOH is used to clean each plate and allowed to completely dry before a test is done. We have been experiencing these difficulties lately and were trying to find some information or suggestions on how to fix these. Would you recommend using another solvent to clean the plates. Any information you could give us would be helpful. Some of our components have a water base and we dry the chemical to it (surfactants). We have to dry the chemicals in an oven for a given amount of time on the plate before the IR is taken. Nothing that we test is highly acidic. The lowest pH that we ever run into is pH 3.0. Most of our solutions are neutral. If you could get back to us we would appreciate it. -Sid Eisenhour (seisenhour@nicepak.com) **** Hidden Message ***** Sid Eisenhour Mooresville, IN 46158 USA Company: Nice-Pak Title: QA Phone: 317-831-6800 ext. 104 E-mail: seisenhour@nicepak.com **** Hidden Message ***** seisenhour@nicepak.com
