The quote should also include shipping, handling, tax, and please factor in any possible price increase b/c we won't be able to purchase it until 2008. We need to be able to reach a height of 20'3", so if there are any similar products I didn't see, please let m eknow about those. It would be used to change light bulbs and space is a concern, so a small footprint is best. If possible, could you please respond by the end of today because I need the estimate for a city budget.
