Wood Pulp Cellulose Cutter Inquiry (采购产品): Wood Pulp Cellulose Cutter Do you have any used or new equipment that will do the following: 3.1 The new system shall be used for cutting wood pulp sheeted rolled cellulose into small rectangles for the purpose of the manufacture of Nitrocellulose. 3.2 Equipment shall be shop erected and tested before shipping. 3.3 The Seller shall design, fabricate, factory test, ship, startup, checkout and train ATK and customer personnel on the function, maintenance and safety of the cutter conforming to this specification. Installation shall be by others. 3.4 The Seller shall provide engineering support services to coordinate construction drawings and installation drawings with the ATK Project Engineer and any subcontractors. Seller shall design and detail the foundation and anchorage for the cutter. 3.5 The Seller shall review and approve equipment submittals and shop drawings and support any necessary construction meetings (if applicable) with the ATK Project Engineer. 3.6 The work to be accomplished by the Seller under this contract includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: 3.6.1 Complete system design, fabrication, testing, freight costs and site support and start up.
