Inquiry (采购产品): Polyfoam Mooring Buoys We are in requirement for the below mention Buoys, kindly let us know if your organization can support us in the supply and execution of this particular goods. Kindly find the specs as follows: Chef Chain support Buoys required for supporting the weight of the chafe chain in SPM mooring system,.. (also referred to as : Polyfoam Mooring Buoys). The Buoy Shall be OCIFM standard. Chafe Chain with link Dia 3" should pass through the buoy and the buoy should have securing arrangements on both the sides, so that it can remain in the same position as of the chain. The buoy should have two auxiliary lifting points at each end to facilitate handling and attachment of the buoy. The buoy must have the net buoyancy of 3500 kgs. The upper layer of the buoy should be thick enough to resist against any mechanical damages, while handling the buoy for mooring and demooring by vessel and tanker. The Floating material should be such that the buoy remains fully operable (without losing any buoyancy) even if punctured. the Foam should be non crushable and non water absorbent type. the outer skin of the buoy should be of "MARINE ORANGE" color. Certification : The Buoy shall be inspected and certified by any classification agency i.e Lloyds / DNV / LRS /BV. The cost of the inspection agency and certification should be included in the cost of the buoy. each buoy shall have the Inspection Agency Seal, Independent Identification number stamped on it, the same numbers should be in the corresponding certificate. Packing : Each Buoy should be suitably packed in heavy duty wooden boxes fitted with lifting lugs so as to avoid any damage in Voyage and subsequent handling. Delivery Schedule : 1st lot ( 4 nos) - within 120 days from date of establishment of bank L / C. 2nd lot ( 4 nos) - between 121st day to 240th Day, from date of establishment of bank L / C. 3rd lot ( 3 nos) - between 241st day to 360th Day, from date of establishment of bank L / C.
