Have also developed and wrote and implemented company Quality Assurance Program and Emergency Action Plans. Have reduced experience modification from 1.25 to .95 which reduced Workmen Compensation rates. 2 Successfully managed regular building maintenance including updating to meet current building codes. Also responsible for vehicles, equipment, housekeeping, landscaping, preventative repairs on machinery and buildings and hiring outside contractors as needed. Also have planned, budgeted and designed future construction projects for building improvements such as building office space, removing out-dated oil tanks from ground and installing new interior tanks, and building a new receiving addition with new overhead doors and cranes. Familiar with and have implemented techniques of Lean manufacturing concepts including parts of Six Sigma, Kaisen that resulted in improved of production time and reduced costs. Created sub groups of various departments to achieve new goals that would continuously improve methods and reduce costs.
