Inquiry (采购产品): Need pump for our OEM new product We are OEM manufacturer of air conditioning system for datacom facility application. Currently we are looking for a positive displacement pump, which will be able to pump dry Freon gas (refrigerant) within an oilless refrigeration system, to fit our new OEM product system. The preferred pump should be either vane or diaphragm type. The annual demand is min 1000 units for our first production year. The brief spec of the pump should be: Approx 0.5 gpm @ 5 psi pressure drop; oilless system; zero leakage (hermetic pump section); the system static pressure ( when pump is not running) is upto 150psig. Electrical motor, preferred AC 120VAC or 208~230VAC single phase; indoor inside rack environment, no form factor is required, no fitting and valves close to in/outlet of pump; minimum life time of the pump is 1000 hours.
