Inquiry (采购产品): RFQ Hello, My company is currently looking to sub-contract an aluminum fabrication, machining and finishing shop to produce the aluminum componentry for our new product. The round tubing would all be standard sizes and thickness (1" OD at 0.049 or 0.050 wall; 0.875" OD at 0.065 wall). We would like to use 6061 or 6063 grade aluminum We would need some threading done on some of the pieces to accept twist-lock type collars (similar to those used on camera tripods or microphone stands). Also one of the pieces would need a laser cut slot at both ends and another piece would need to be bent at a right angle and have a pin of some kind to interface with the laser-cut slots. All of the pieces would need to be finished in either clear anodization or brushing. The breakdown of individual pieces would be as follows: Horizontal Tubes - 1.0" x 24" at 0.049 or 0.050 wall - no machining needed Angled Tubes - 1.0" x 16" at 0.049 or 0.050 wall - threading needed one end L-shaped Tubes - 0.875" and 18" on the long side, 8" on the short side at 0.065 wall - bending and machining (pin that engages slot in Crossbar) needed Crossbar - 1.0" x 20" at 0.049 or 0.050 wall - machining (threading and laser-cutting for the "slots" on either end) needed If your company has the capabilities to handle these requirements and would be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, please contact me by email or by phone to get the process started.
