solenoid inquiry Inquiry (采购产品): solenoid inquiry Greetings, I'm the inventor of a patented remote controlled pick-up device. I'm in the beginning stages of building the devices and an integral part is an solenoid. Hopefully you can help me. I do not have exact specifications. Your company may already have existing products that can be adapted to my new product. The solenoid must be battery operated from a wireless remote control. Basically it will work like the electric door lock of a car. When it receives the signal from the remote it will need to move a rod forward opening the jaws of the device. When it receives another signal it will need to move the rod back closing the jaws. I estimate the total stroke to be a couple of inches. When in the back closed position it should be able to hold a weight of 10 to 15 lbs without forcing the solenoid rod in the forward open position dropping the object being lifted. As I stated, the specifications aren't exact and will have to be adjusted according to size, weight and cost restrictions. My goal, obviously, is to make the units as small and cost efficient as possible. If possible, please advise me of any products you may have that will fit my needs. For pricing purposes, I will need break-downs starting at 2,500 units increasing up to 5,000 - 10,000 - 15,000 - 25,000 - 50,000 - 75,000 and 100,000 units.
