Inquiry (采购产品): No Single Point of Connection In October '05, you sold a Quincy Compressor Model Number: QR350DT00123, Serial Number 20051001-0064 to Advanced Automated Systems for the Kaiser Sunset Medical Center. I am Carlos Zavala with Rudolph & Sletten, general contractors - an MEP coordinator. According to the documents submitted by AAS and accepted by Kaiser, The compressor was supposed to have a "single point of connection" inside the Electronic Duplex Control Panel. The terminal strip facilitating this single point of connection of 480 VAC power show in the documentation was not provided. This is forcing us to provide two separate 30 AMP circuits to each motor starter contactor as is required for a 10HP motor per NEC. I understand that, had the connection been provided in the UL listed control panel, only one 35 AMP (Maximum) circuit-breaker. I would be under the impression, that had this terminal strip been provided, a single 30 AMP circuit would have been sufficient. Instead of the terminal strip shown in the submittals, there is another terminal strip that is labeled something to the effect, "Motor Contactor Alarm". Was this a special order that changed the product design from the one submitted? We are presently trying to get this compressor started, but are running into issues getting electricity into the panel in a manner appropriate to code without excessive additional costs. Please clarify. **** Hidden Message ***** Carlos Zavala 1328 Edgemont Street Los Angeles, CA 90027 USA Company: Rudolph & Sletten Title: MEP Coordinator Phone: 805-405-3771 E-mail: carlos_zavala@rsconst.com **** Hidden Message ***** carlos_zavala@rsconst.com
