Inquiry (采购产品): Aoir Conditioning Coils Dear Sir, One of our prospective clients is an Alumunium Plant. They have a large number of EOT Cranes. They now propose to install Air Conditioning System in the operators cabin of each cranes. These cranes alongwith the operators cabin keep moving in an area where the ambient temperature is 60 Deg. C with short peak of 65 Deg. C. The refrigeration load as worked out by us is 5 kw. Considering the ambient temperature the Condensing Temperature has been considered at 70 Deg. C. The Evaporating Temperature is 5 Deg C. The refrigerant to be used is 134a. We desire to procure the DX Coils and the Air Cooled Condensers from you. For the time being the party has decided that they shall place the order for one unit and after seeing the performance shall place the order for the balance 42 nos. The Cooling Coil capacity is 5 kw at 5 Te. The fin spacing should be 10 fpi. The coil fins and the tubes should be provided with an anti corrossive paint coating. The air velocity shall be 2.8 m/s The Air Cooled Condenser ( Heat Rejection Capacity) is 10 kw. with 70 Tc. The fin spacing should be 8 fpi. The condenser coil fin and the tubes should be provided with an anti corrossive paint coating.
