Free Standing Stairs Inquiry (采购产品): Free Standing Stairs Hello, I am looking for free standing stairs for the interior of our storage facilities that we build. I have added our Detailed Scope of Work: Provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, permits and insurance to complete fabrication, prime and install of all structural steel stairs, landings and rails, etc. as required for a complete job, to include, but not be limited to: A. Two (2) sets of free-standing stairs and landings between the first, second and third floors. Stairwell walls are sheetrock and light guage framing only. B. Stairs to be constructed per prints, notes, discussions, and field measurements. C. All 1?”rails, rail extensions, and rail extensions shall return tight to walls or into itself. D. Provide intermediate steel members, ?” solid square stock vertical pickets, so that a 4” sphere cannot pass thru the railings. E. Stair stringers and landing frames shall be MC12x12.7 (or allowable MC12 x 10.6) F. Stairs and landings shall fill the 19’-4”x 9’-4” stairwell shafts G. Stringers and landings shall be tight to adjacent walls. H. Min 11” treads, 3/16” 7 ga check plate, per code requirements. I. All risers, in a run, shall be the same height, per code requirements. J. Landings shall be 3/16” 7 ga check plate attached firmly with no bubbles. K. Landings shall be a minimum of 4’-8”wide. Wider landings at exit doors. L. All steelwork, materials, welds and connections, shall be completed in a good and workmanlike manner, primed and ready for paint. M. Project is to be kept clean and orderly at all times. M. Compliance with all applicable ADA, OSHA and local safety regulations is included. N. An English speaking, on-site, foreman is required, at all times. O. Contractor will maintain sufficient materials and manpower as required for the timely and diligent progress to project completion. P. Intent of this scope of work, and prior discussions, is that there be no change orders. This contract is for a complete project, inspected and certified. Q. All work shall pass all required local, state and federal inspections.
