Inquiry (采购产品): AGP Colombia Dear Sirs, We produce armoured glasses for vehicles. The rear windows that we sell have a regular defroster, like the one that is used in normal glazing in all vehicles. In order to connect the defroster to the battery of the car different types of wires are used, which are welded or soldered directly to the bus bars of the silver-painted defroster net (the net is painted on the glass by silk screen process with a silver painting). Some time ago we welded the wires, as written above, but we had problems after laminating, since the welding step creates a small residual stress area which causes breakage of the glass. We want to use an adhesive-electrically conductive tape on which may be welded the wires (made of tin). Then we want to just stick the piece of tape to the bus bar of the rear window defroster net. We would need a metallic electrically conductive tape (made of copper or silver) with a conductive adhesive which withstands 150o C for 10 hours (laminating step). Do you have that kind of product? Thanks a lot and best regards **** Hidden Message ***** Juan Espinosa 1212 COL Company: AGP Colombia E-mail: espinosa.juan@agpglass.com **** Hidden Message ***** espinosa.juan@agpglass.com
