Inquiry (采购产品): special handpump units We are currently engaged in commissioning the HPU for the subsea production control system on the BP Atlantis platform and require an 'on-skid' hand pump unit to test relief valve and pressure sensor settings. The pump shall be suitable for external offshore service and therefore all components shall be appropriately marinised. The maximum pressure requirement is 15,000 psi and ideally the pump assembly will have the necessary bulkhead fittings (TBA) for hard plumbing 'suction' and 'vent' lines into the existing HPU reservoir system. The fluid is Canning water based HW540 fluid and a suitable quantity can be supplied for testing purposes if required. Tie-in to the 'test points' on the HPU will be via a hose supplied by others (fitting size TBA) with QD fittings (existing) at the mobile end of the hose. Please provide approximate cost for a June 11th delivery of the pump assembly complete with the normal material and test certification for fluid cleanliness. Please also quote for fitting a 6" test gauge with same delivery. It may be possible to visit your facility on Wed 6th June AM to view a typical unit that you would recommend.
