RFQ: Custom Coil Winding for NDE Inspection Probe Components
Inquiry (采购产品): RFQ: Custom Coil Winding for NDE Inspection Probe Components I'd like to see if you can custom wind coils on some mandrels my company has designed as components of a prototype non-destructive evaluation (NDE)inspection probe. We would send you the mandrels (4 in total) to have you wrap 34 AWG insulated magnet wire (we use Belden part no. 8057). I'd like to send you fabrication drawings of the mandrels along with drawings showing the layout of the coil windings and winding procedure. There are 12 windings per mandrel and the leads for each coil will be laid in 1 of 6 grooves machined axially along the length of the mandrel. Each subsequent coil, after the first, will be wound over the top of the previous winding leads. The number of layers to be wrapped is determined by the depth of each diametrical groove (.050" Deep). We want the wire turns to lay next each other as they are wound around the mandrel groove. It is very important to the function of this component that the wire not cross over itself as it is being turned until the next layer of winding for each coil.
