Inquiry (采购产品): Unsatifactory I am writing you as a customer who is unhappy with your service. I recently contracted you to put in new doors at my house in Richmond Hill, Queens. The door was suppose to be installed towards the end of the month, however I haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone from your company. I do not know what is going on and or if the installation is going to take place. I do not appreciate the fact that I paid money to your company only to be ignored. I have tried to contact your company thought the 718-526-1678 number and a different number provided on my receipt. If I do not receive word from your company or my money back I already contacted the better business bureau at info@trenton.bbb.org and at (609) 588-0808 and told them my situation and I plan to follow up with them if I do not receive any information from you. This will be the last time I will try to contact your company that I will file my report. I believe I have been extremely patient up to this point.
