Inquiry (采购产品): Zr-Ga alloy sirs, I'm interested in obtaining Zr-Ga alloy (up to 10 atom% Ga) in plate form to fabricate a sputtering target from said material. Ideally, the material would be 1/4-1/2 inch in thickness. So the questions I have at this point are 1) does such material exist or 2) can it be made? If the answers to either of these is yes, I'd be interested in a quote on a 3" diameter sputtering target for a Mighty Mac cathode, including the magnetic keeper in place on the backside that is required for that cathode.
