Thermoplastic Custom Injection Molding Introduction Inquiry (采购产品): Thermoplastic Custom Injection Molding Introduction Gentlemen, We are a full service Thermoplastic Injection Molding facility located in Haltom City. Our Company, Maxcy Molding Technologies, Inc., offers its service utilizing four state of the art Toyo G2 Molding machines from 110 ton to 200 ton and 6.1 oz. shot size to 13.1 oz. shot size. All machines have a CRT - PLCS6 Control package with hydraulic core and air blow capabilities. Our machinery has been very well maintained and all have been freshly painted to specifications. Our shop is very clean, well organized and we do not have any oil on our production floor - at all!! We take no shortcuts with maintaining our facility and running our Customer's tooling. Tools are also well maintained before and after each production run! My personal background incorporates over 38 years of direct hands on, and management, in Thermoplastic Custom Injection molding.
