Inquiry (采购产品): GC Industries Icewagon 150 AC Dear Sir/ Madam, I'm production engineer of Mox Gases Sdn Bhd. Previously, we bought two units of Icewagon model 150 AC, s/n: AC1509707108 & 109. Refrigerant used is Freon R-22. Currently, it always creating problems for us. It's unable to cool down the hot stream to the desired temperature,55 deg F which it previously can cool the stream easily. Would like to know further the possibility of this problem. Currently operating pressure at high pressure (discharge pressure) is 300 psig and low pressure (suction pressure) is 75 psig. If we keep on topping freon, the high-pressure will become very high may trip the compressor due to overloading. May be you can recommend what are the critical parameters which we need to take extra care when topping up freon, after evaporator changing and so on. Hope you can clarify my queries.
