Inquiry (采购产品): Robot EOAT Cups We have two robotic end of arm tooling applications that need suction cups to replace the "home-made" new-foam units that were installed. Applicaton #1: Picking cardboard boxes filled with 4, 1-gallon cans of paint. Weight of case: 40-45 lbs. Dimensions: 13-7/8"x13-1/2" Suction Cups: four, 4"x4" square Current vaccuum usage: 11"Hg Number of cups: 24 Application #2: Picking cardboard boxes filled with 6, 1-quart cans of paint. Weight of case: 15-18 lbs. Dimensions: 13"x8-3/4" Suction Cups: six, 3" round Current vaccuum usage: 7" Hg Number of cups: 60 I need help on the selection of a proper cup. My first thought is to install the same number of cups, even though they may not be needed, and turn down the vacuum pressure. Please help me with selection of materials & style. The cups will also be moving on the robot head, so we can't have much movement, otherwise they might fall off. Thanks. **** Hidden Message ***** Mark Reynolds 1891 Duffy Road Fernley, NV 89408 USA Company: Sherwin-Williams Title: Plant Engineer Phone: 775-355-9706 E-mail: mark.k.reynolds@sherwin.com **** Hidden Message ***** mark.k.reynolds@sherwin.com
