Inquiry (采购产品): Vacuum desgasifier quote Dear sirs, I work at Veolia Water Systems Mexico. We have been asked to provide a quote for a water system which includes a vacuum degasifier to reduce CO2 in water from cooling towers. Flow 33 m3/h (145.2 gpm) design, 27.6 m3/h (121.4 gpm)normal To be located between cation ion exchange vessels and anion (weak base) ion exchange vessels. CO2 feed 250 ppm CO2 product required < 1 ppm Water source: Cooling tower water Temp: 36oC Estimated pressure of operation: 30 mm HgAbs Motor on fan must meet Class 1 Div 1 Explosion proof requirements. Blades on fan should be metalic. Instrumentation must be explosion proof Class 1 Div 2. They are asking that the degasifier have a “lower section to permit smooth operation of the outlet level control valve” (control of pumps). They are also asking for an “evacuation system” with single or multi- stage steam jet ejector with surface inter and after condensers. Cooling water available: 32oC We are not familiar with these units, and we need some help to define this equipment. We will need a quote for a complete package.
