Inquiry (采购产品): machine detection I am looking for a light curtain to install into our plating line to detect any jam ups through out the line. The ranging distance per side is approx. 80 ft.. What we have is a chain system with a series of booms every 3 ft., the problem is that when the boom lowers the racks into the plating solution we some times jam the rack against the side of the tanks. If this is not detected, multible arms can jam creating a real train wreck. I am loking for a light curtain to view down both sides of the line to view the possitions of the arms. Basically if the arms or up or down the curtains should be clear of any obstructions, anything in between would be detected. I would like a 48" sensing range with the sensor eyes spaced apporx. 1"-2" apart. I see that the SE4-Q4-120-PP-W is close to what I'm looking for.
