Inquiry (采购产品): Boiler Quote I have a customer who is in need of a boiler for dairy processing - he processes 2400 gallons of milk/week in 600 and 300 gallon processors - he currently has an industrial firebox high pressure boiler that provides 690 lbs of steams per hour roughly 800,000 btu - the unit he has is 20+ years old and punctured - initially it took 2 hours to heat 600 gallons from 35oC to 180oC but now takes over 4 hours. The system is an open ended system - with no return. It needs to be raplaced - due to inefficiency and customer wants to expand to 4000 gallons per week. His plant is in dearborn, mi. I need to know what is the best boiler for this process and cost. Can i install commercial low pressure 1.5 million btu and make a return or would it be better to get a firebox with double the output and leave system without a return.
