Inquiry (采购产品): Oil in Vacuum Pump Hi there, l was reading your article on the internet and it strikes me as very interesting.The article is the one about oil that accumulates in the vacuum pump. l have recently travelled to Cnada to commission a plant that processes transformer oil. Let me give a basic description of what is actually involved before l can mention what my problem is.l have a vacuum chamber in which the oil comes through and drops to the base of the chamber.In the chamber l have coalascers that l us for the separation of the oil with the moisture that l might have accumulated in the oil before the cleaning process.At the top side of the vacuum chamber l have the offtake which l have directed to first go into an overflow pot so l can try and condense the moisture that would have otherwise escaped from the vacuum chamber.This pot is so designed that what ever is being sucked out after the condensation woul first have to flow in an upward direction and then down so as to prevent the condensate being sucked into the vacuum pump. l have two pumps.The vacuum pump and a vacuum booster pump that comes on occasssionally depending on the vacuum and load situation in the cleaning exersice. Note that the vacuum pump is always running. l had a problem where the oil just seems to buldup in the vacuum pump.The oil is the standard oil that is used in transformers in Canada.The oil never seems to get trapped in the overflow pot and only accumulated in the vacuum pump.Physically you cannot see the oil disintergrate or any thing all you get is oil accumulating at the vacuum pump. The gas ballast when fully open resolves the problem of the oil accumulating in the vacuum pump but the catch is you start having a lot of oil fumes being ejected out of yuor exhaust which is unacceptable in terms of the air pollution laws of that country. The type of vacuum pumps being used are the Calpeda.
