I am conducting a study as the efficiency of fluidized beds in wastewater treatment. Basically, I am looking for a fluidized bed for the removal of nitrogen from wastewater. The influent and effluent characteristics are shown below: Influent: flowrate = 324 litres/s total nitrogen = 45 mg/L total phosphorus = 9 mg/L Effluent: flowrate = 324 litres/s total nitrogen = 1 mg/L total phosphorus = 9 mg/L I was wondering if you could suggest a fluidized bed model that could perform the aformentioned reduction in nitrogen.
