Inquiry (采购产品): replacement parts Hello. We had ordered two rolling ladders for our equipment close to 2 years ago. The ladders are used VERY frequently so we have reached a point where our "brake pads" are completely worn and the ladders are posing a possible safety concern. What I mean my "brake pads" are the round pads that are bolted to the entrance way of the ladder to hold the ladder in place while the technician is up on the ladder. We would like to order 4 of these pads. Also one of the wheels is half way broken off. So we need to order (1) wheel for replacement. Really all I need is a quote for the parts and part numbers so I can give the information to our StoreRoom Purchaser. Thanks you! Let me know if you need any more information. I'm unaware if the parts I mentioned are universal or not. The ladder has a height of about 8 foot.
