Inquiry (采购产品): RFQ - Gamesa Greetings, I have just joined Gamesa Wind US in the Sourcing department. As I get settled, I am looking to get started on a second-source/resource project for some flexible polymer tubing used for vacuum purposes. Looking for your assistance or direction to follow through with this in regards to Harrison Hose & Tubing, Inc. I am not yet certain about our official specs, but I do have the requirements that the tubing must meet. I hope that you can come up with a compatible product. Our current product is nylon/polyamide (similar OK) ID = 6mm (.236” +/- .008”) OD = 8mm (.315” +/- .012”) Wall = .0395 Minimum radius of curvature at 20 degrees Celsius = 35 Shore D hardness = 50-60 Must tolerate temperature up to 160 degrees F AND withstand vacuum pressure of 1 bar Chemical resistance = High We have been ordering in reel lengths of 600 meters for ease of handling. I do not have an official figure yet, but I am estimating our monthly usage at 4000 meters. We are ideally looking for a locally (PA) manufactured or distributed product that is consistent in quality.
