Inquiry (采购产品): 2 stage vibrating screen Currently sifting a dusty soil mixture by hand to eliminate rocks and solid debris. We use a Mix Muller pulverized mixture of fine sand, clay and loam in our soil bin. Our 1st screening is 1/4" hardware cloth and the 2nd process further reduces material to approx. window screen size. Actually use claw proof screen avail. from hardware stores. The process is conveyor fed to our collection tubs which are 44" X 56" X 34" deep. The process is used only 2-3 weeks per year on 8 hour days. The material which is caught by the fine screen is reprocessed and any material left after this process is scrapped. The feed rate from the Mix Muller is variable but limited to a ton or less / hr.
