Hosecare services Ltd, specialise in providing lay flat fire fighting hose and fire fighting hose couplings. Currently we are the supplier to a coal mine within New Zealand. Due to explosion risks, gun metal / brass couplings are used for the hose couplings, because of the cost of these couplings we are searching for an alternative, approved coupling for our fire fighting hose under ground, namely plastic fire fighting couplings.
