Inquiry (采购产品): Vacuum Forming I have an application for Vacuum Forming. I have 4 covers for a company in the automotive industry. The current covers are made of polyethylene and formed up they appear to be about .188" thick. So I'm not real sure the thickness of the sheet going in. Our customer does have the forms that were used on the current covers. They problem is that the covers get washed down with high pressure and very hot water and have warped pretty bad. Being that its more automotive the plastic has to be able to withstand fluids that may drip on them. If you send me an email I can forward one back to you with some pictures. What I'm looking at doing is adding some stiffing ribs to the existing cover and see if we can make them rigid enough.
