Inquiry (采购产品): special form grind I have a special form grind requirement in a hardened CPM-10V aerospace pumping gear. (RC 65) Evaluating the location and form requirements leads me to believe that a final grind (CBN) will be required after final hardening and forming. A CNC cutter grinder seems to be a good match for producing this relatively simple circular form on 12 teeth. We do not have one at this facility so I am looking to outsource this operation and possibly future similar geometries on other gears. Are you interested in reviewing the requirements and quoting??
