Inquiry (采购产品): Hard Coatings for can tooling I work for Metal Container Corporation a division of Anheuser Busch. I am investigating hard surface coatings for a can tooling application. We have a new application that might be helped by using surface coating. Our most common surface coating today is Titanium Nitrite. This coating has been very sucessful in extending tool life. Our current application however needs a coating that would have lower coefficient of friction while at the same time having good abrasion characteristics. The surface to be treated is hardened D2 tool steel and we need as thin a film as possible.
