Safety! Inquiry (采购产品): Safety! Please forward this email to the person(s) responsible for packaging safety at your facility. Dear Sir(s) or Madam(s): I recently purchased a 5 gallon pail of you Black Bull product. I used it to seal the concrete floor of the basement of our newly purchased home. I was very satisfied with the product and I purchased another pail to finish the job. The second pail, unlike the first, had no pour spout. I found this to be rather unusual and I assumed that if I removed the cover I would find a full lining with a pour spout under the lid. I was wrong. When I removed the lid, I was staring at an open 5 gallon pail containing a flammable material. How was I to transfer the flammable liquid to another smaller, safer container with spilling a considerable amount in the process. Perhaps you can enlighten me as to exactly how I should transfer out of the 5 gallon pail? Maybe a pump, explosion proof of course, could be used, but the ordinary homeowner doesn't have one. Maybe dipping an empty can and transferring to another container? With exposure to toxic vapors, I should wear a respirator with a cartridge for organic vapors of course. Again, where is the ordinary homeowner to get one? Maybe I could siphon some out to another container. I don't like the idea of starting the siphon, however. I retired recently after spending 45 years in the chemical industry where I have packaged and received flammable materials in 1, 5, and 55 gallon containers and I've never seen such an unacceptable package as the one I described. I don't know if it was a cost cutting move to eliminate the spout or if you ran out of the proper container and chose to use one without the spout. Either case is unacceptable, and an immediate change to the proper container is imperative.
