Inquiry (采购产品): hair dyes To Whom It May Concern: This company will be introducing retail hair care line into the US in the near future. We have been established in the clinical hair and scalp care area in both the US and UK for 40 years. We are looking into the viability of adding dye stuffs to one of our hair conditioning products in order to refresh color fade. The product is an oil heavy treatment conditioner which also contains CPC and amodimethicone. pH is approximately 5. Results will need to be subtle and the product non oxidizing.
