Inquiry (采购产品): custom torsion spring I would like a quote for a torsion spring. I don't have all the specs because I'm not sure if it can even be made. Here are the only requirements I have: Max OD. (frees state) must be less than 2.362". Much less is preferred. The OD is not as critical as the body length. Min ID (after deflection) - .567" Ideal body length - .67" I know the spring needs to be longer but shorter is better. 1.25" is about the limit. Preload (any angle) - 30 Lb-In Working range - 90 deg Probably left hand wind leg length - about 1" free state orientation - 180 deg Material - must be corrosion resistant It will be in a corrosive environment but heat should not be a factor. I would only need a couple initially but several thousand are needed when the product goes to production. A quick reply is greatly appreciated.
