Inquiry (采购产品): NEW PRODUCT CONCEPT I have been a Safety and Health Inspector with the New York State Department of Labor for 20+ years. Part of my jurisdiction is the use and storage of explosives. I have been asked, by my superiors, to review the new/proposed, storage/security rules being promulgated for Pennsylvannia. The goal is to see if they should be applied in New York. I believe the new regs will be expensive and impractical and will not meet the purpose of increased security post 9/11.
