Aluminum tubing Inquiry (采购产品): Aluminum tubing Hello, I have an urgent need for a new supplier for seamless drawn tubing. Our current supplier is closing the plant that currently makes this product for us and their other plants are unable to make the product to current specifications. Here is what we need: 6063 alloy, T832 temper .049 wall, +/- .003, .998 OD +/- .002 (not to exceed 1”) .058 wall, +/- .003, .998 OD +/- .002 (not to exceed 1”) Packaging requirements: master bundled with cardboard, 1 layer of pkg mat between each row, no sub-bundles Surface requirements: Very high requirements; no visible scratches, die lines, drag lines, ripples or white streaks on visible surfaces. View distance is 40”, no more than 3 pit marks per 12” length of tubing. Pit marks or voids attached to drag or die lines are not permitted. Visible surface must be protected in packing. Anodizing requirements: Bright dip clear chemical anodize. Anodizing finish: 201-R5 = Standard Sulfuric Anodize 2.5 Micron (or .0001 thickness), 15 Minute anodize.
